It's great to have you here. I'm a registered Nutritionist and Mayo Clinic Certified Health & Wellness Coach.

As a competitive swimmer in my youth, I am aware of the importance of an eating strategy that boosts performance and health. My mission is to help you reach your full potential by harnessing the power of personalised nutrition together with coaching methods to keep you on track.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
An initial 60 minute 1-2-1 session to discuss your health, nutrition and/or performance support will be followed by a 30 minute session each week. We will create your personal pathway to optimal health and/or enhanced athletic performance. The average length of nutrition coaching is six weeks but you can take as long as you need to. Sessions are 1-2-1 in person or online via video conferencing.
